DISPATCH TIMES

Standard orders are currently dispatched within 48 hours.
Express orders placed before 6pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders are picked and packed 7 days a week, and are dispatched Mon-Sat.

Once you've decided what to buy, select your shipping method at Checkout.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If you refuse a delivery, you're responsible for:
✔️ Original shipping charges
✔️ Return postage costs to Contrario Brand.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
